FARM PICK UP/LOCAL DELIVERY
Artisan Breads $2.00/loaf
- Homemade, handmade yeast and quick breads
- Asiago, rosemary, country wheat or white, cinnamon roll, beer, pumpkin, poppy seed, bananna, cranberry. Store in the refrigerator or freezer; no preservatives or chemicals.
- Special orders for rolls and flavors accepted.
Artisan Cheese $4.00/#
- Fromage Blanc: Soft white cheese. Use in cheesecake batters, fruit smoothies, sour cream dips, yogurt parfaits. Flavored fromage blanc dips and spreads (veggie, sun-dried tomato) are also available.
- Ricotta: Lasagna, stuffed manicotti or shells, traditional Italian pizza, or a substitute for cottage cheese.
Preserves $3.00/half pint
- Blackberry jelly and syrup, peach jam and apple butter. Made from locally grown produce.
Dried Herbs/Vegetables - Chemical/Preservative-Free $1.00-2.00/bag
- Basil: Greek; whole leaf; spicier than "sweet" basil.
- Basil: Italian; whole leaf; a "sweet" basil.
- Chives: Excellent chopped, rehydrated and added to mashed or baked potatoes.
- Dill Seed: Use in dill dip, for picking, or grow your own plants from the seed.
Lemon Balm: Whole leaf. Use as an herbal tea or fish seasoning for a subtle lemon flavor.
- File': Whole sassafras leaf; thyme-like flavor. A "must have" creole/cajun spice.
- Lemon Balm: Whole leaf. Use as an herbal tea or fish seasoning for a subtle lemon flavor.
- Peppers: Cayenne. Grind or crush your own "red pepper".
- Parsley: Flat leaf. Italian dishes.
